In the Bush

Dos and don'ts

Stay in the Vehicle

Wildlife allows vehicles much closer than people on foot. Exiting your vehicle inside National Parks and Game Reserves is prohibited except in designated areas.

Drink Smart

Most water is safe but we recommend purified bottled water. Your guide will advise.

Give Animals Space

Even relaxed animals can react unpredictably. Maintain distance and let them dictate the encounter.

Quiet Voices

Loud noises unsettle wildlife and can provoke aggression in dangerous species. Soft voices, calm presence.
